Paul_Silva Paul C. Silva

Paul has over 25 years of banking experience. He is the Regional Manager of Corporate Banking for First Financial Bank managing a group of lenders that seek business relationships with companies ranging in sales of $5 million up to $125 million. 

Additionally, he is an Adjunct Professor at The College of Mount St. Joseph’s Business School. He serves on the Business Advisory Council of several privately held companies and is active in several non-profit agencies. 
He holds a BS in Finance and Management from The College of Mount Saint Joseph and an MBA from Xavier University.

 

Win_Logan Winford Logan

Winford L. Logan (“Win”) joined the marketing department of The State Auto Group in their Columbus, OH headquarters 38 years ago.  Since then he has held a variety of responsibilities with the companies, including managing their human resources department; general administration group; facilities division; and corporate communications division.  He is currently the managing trustee of the State Auto Foundation and this year retired as chair of the State Auto 401-k Advisory Committee.

In his facilities role, he worked with CPS on the construction of State Auto’s regional headquarters building in Nashville, TN; the renovation of corporate headquarters; the renovation of the Des Moines branch office; the renovation of the Cleveland branch office; the renovation of the Columbus branch office; the renovation of the Cincinnati branch office; and numerous smaller projects.

Win has served on a number of professional and civic boards.  He earned his B.A. in political science from Wittenberg University and his M.A. in journalism from Ohio State University. He is married to Roberta.  They have three children: Meghan, Rebecca and Nicholas.

 

Russell-04 John R. Russell, AIA 

John is a co-founder of Cole + Russell Architects (now CR Architecture + Design). While serving as a director for CR Architecture + Design his focus was on the thoughtful growth and diversification of the firm’s business practices. 

Throughout his extensive career in the design industry, he has collaborated within all aspects of the profession giving him a depth of experience that has made him a very thoughtful mentor to others.  His leadership style is such that he encouraged employees to become future company leaders and brought out the best in each individual.  John’s true passion for his work allowed him to enjoy relationship building with clients while overseeing the design process for projects nationwide. 

He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Cincinnati.  He is a former adjunct professor at the University of Cincinnati and a former Advisory Council Member for Montana State University College of Architecture.  He is a former mayor of the Village of Newtown, OH and currently serves on its Planning Commission.
