Dispute Resolution Support

The goal of dispute resolution is to give parties the opportunity to settle a dispute quickly, at relatively minor cost, and with minimum emotional stress before it escalates into a claim and litigation.  CPS is well versed in dispute resolution tactics and, in combination with developing the strategic plan, can act as an interventionist to help resolve the dispute.  CPS supports a project by providing suggestions of how to deal with disputes before they evolve into claims - the difference between change management and claim management.
